Bring:

The bridge Neckerchiefs and rings Shadow boxes (for arrow of light) Scoutmasters (or their representatives)

Do:

1. Set up chairs in the gym.
2. Set up recognition table and bridge.
3. Conduct normal business.
4. Start the recognition program.
5. Thank parents and boys for coming for coming.
6. Give date, place and time of next meeting.
7. Do closing.
8. Reset room and clean up.
