Cub Scout Pack 3290 - Info for Scouts & Parents


Who We Are

Cub Scout Pack 3290 is sponsored by St. Robert`s Catholic Church of Ada, Michigan and serves Ada and Ada Vista Elementary Schools. 


How We are Organized

A cub scout pack is organized by grade/age into dens of 4-12 boys, who often from from the same neighborhood or grade.
Tiger Cub - Seven or in 1st Grade 
Wolf - Eight or in 2nd Grade 
Bear - Nine or in 3rd Grade 
Webelos - Ten or in 4th & 5th Grades 


When We Meet

We meet as a pack usually on the second Thursday of every month of the school year, This varies according to the availability of St. Robert's Newminster Hall. Dens met two or more additional times each month. Tiger cubs usually meet only one time each month. 


What We Wear

Pack 3290 expects the Scouts to wear a scout shirt and dark pants to Pack and Den meetings as well as Scout outings. We provide neckerchiefs and slides. 


Parental Involvement

Cub Scouting is an Adult/Child activity - not a baby sitting service. Its success depends on the interest and encouragement and attendance of the adult. 


What It Costs

Membership fees are due upon joining, and in December when renewing.


Fund Raising

Council popcorn sale and Christmas wreath sale (in conjunction with Boy Scout Troup 290).


How to Join

Contact the Pack or Den Leader for an application form. Complete it, and return it with a check for the appropriate amount payable to Pack 3290
