Set-Up:
ü Please begin set-up by 6:30 PM
ü Set out chairs/tables for at least 175 people
ü Begin to set-up snacks as needed (suggest closing “pass-through” divider in the kitchen)
Snacks:
As of 9/13/06 will need snacks/drinks supplies for 75 scouts, their parent(s) and siblings. These can be store-bought or home-made. Pack Leadership has recommended serving healthier options when possible.
ü Snacks
ü Drinks (large drink cooler will be available if needed)
ü Cups/napkins/plates as needed
ü Serve snacks and drinks at end of meeting
ü Turn in receipts to Treasurer John Basher for reimbursement
Clean-Up:
Please remember we need to be good “tenants” of the building and “leave it better than we found”. Plan on Clean-up to take approximately 30 minutes – depends on what kind of snacks you bring! The boys should also take responsibility in Clean-up.
ü Stack chairs no more than 4 high (church request)
ü Wipe down tables as needed
ü Clean kitchen as needed
ü Check both bathrooms (all stalls) – very important
ü Trash in trash bags/tied and taken outside in barrels outside in dumpster in back
ü Sweep/Vacuum as needed
ü Clean out large drink cooler if necessary
ü Pack up extra paper products for next meeting
