Do:

Before the meeting:
1. Select a theme.
2. Select a date and secure a location early in the year.
3. Gather participation count by den.
   During the meeting:
4. Open the meeting with a flag ceremony and blessing.
5. Allow time to eat.
6. Conduct normal business and recognition.
7. Start the entertainment program.
8. Thank parents and boys for coming for coming.
9. Give date, place and time of next meeting.
10. Do closing.
11. Reset room and clean up.
